Using Journey

Journey helps you plan trips with AI and shows prices and places from third-party sources. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.

Plans are suggestions

Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Opening hours, prices, availability, visa and health rules change — always check with the provider before you travel or pay. Prices shown are estimates or live quotes from third parties and are confirmed only on the booking site.

Bookings with third parties

Journey is not a travel agent and is not a party to any booking. Flights, hotels, Airbnb stays and restaurants are booked directly with those businesses, under their terms.

Accounts, free tier and Journey Plus

You can plan one trip without an account. A free account includes a limited number of new trips and changes each month. Journey Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled. Refunds are handled by Apple. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping of our API, no attempts to break or overload it, and no unlawful requests.

Content

You keep ownership of what you write. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their respective licences; maps and listings belong to their providers.

Liability

Journey is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from travel decisions, third-party services or inaccurate information.
