Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Journey → tap your avatar → Delete account. Your account, every synced trip and your usage history are deleted from our database immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@digcy.com from the address linked to your Apple ID (or tell us your Apple private-relay address). We delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account (Apple user ID, email, name)
• All synced trips and their change history
• Usage counts and subscription status

Trips stored only on your iPhone are removed when you delete the app or use Profile → Erase data. A Journey Plus subscription is billed by Apple and must be cancelled in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
